Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Fluent in Spanish and English, strong communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle a variety of customer issues.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
