LEASING STAFF ( MOA PASAY)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries - Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms - Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands - Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
- Prepare and submit letter of intent, brand profile, and other leasing document
- Conduct site evaluation and ocular visit to assess location suitability, accessibility, visibility, and feasibility
- Coordinate with key developers regarding available spaces and leasing opportunities.
- Strong verbal and writing communication Skills
SKILLS:
- Must be proficient with microsoft applications (Word, PPT, and Excel)
- Knowledgeable in business correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree holder
- male or female
- 20 to 40 years old
- can work with minimal supervision
- can do multitask
SALARY OFFER:
Minimum Wage Meal Allowance (Php 100.00) SC (est. Php 6,000.00) (Php 23,490.00)WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
