Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Spanish and English, strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high volumes of calls and inquiries.
