Role Overview

We are seeking Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support a project-based customer service operation in Makati. The ideal candidates must be proficient in both Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Candidates with 2–3 years of overall work experience are preferred. Experience outside the BPO industry will also be considered, provided candidates demonstrate strong language proficiency, customer service capabilities, and a willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Cantonese and English.

• Communicate professionally with customers through the communication channels assigned to the project.

• Understand customer concerns, identify issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team or supervisor when required.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and documentation.

• Follow established procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within agreed timelines.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and operational priorities.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English , both spoken and written.

• Preferably 2–3 years of total work experience; relevant experience outside the BPO industry is acceptable.

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

• Willingness to work onsite in Makati, Philippines.

• Flexibility to work shifting schedules supporting 24/7 operations.

• Availability to start on or before November 2, 2026.

• Candidates who do not require visa sponsorship are preferred.
