Qualifications: Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent education With strong understanding of machine shop operations/work flows and practices Proven knowledge of machining processes using a wide variety of machine tools With experience in assembly or machining environment Adept in job and manpower scheduling,training,performance With strong people management and communication skills Computer literate Willing to start immediately Willing to work in Munoz Quezon City Duties and responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the work of machinists and technicians Ensuring efficient production and meeting deadlines Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper operation Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment Ensuring quality standards are met Training and mentoring staff Liaising with other departments Managing inventory and materials Implementing process improvements
