Sales Representative

- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and real estate laws.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Market properties through online platforms, social media, and other advertising methods.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Proven experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms.
- Valid real estate license (required in most regions).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus).
