Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate screening through onboarding. The role will focus on building strong recruitment strategies for Shared Services and Retail functions while driving talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) , with proven experience handling high-volume or specialized hiring for FMCG, QSR, Retail, or Shared Services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring requirements.
• Lead recruitment for Shared Services and Retail functions, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment platforms, and external networks.
• Lead talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the talent market.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and organized applicant records and recruitment reports using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or manual tracking processes.
• Utilize Excel extensively for applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, workforce monitoring, and data analysis.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
• Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and external hiring partners when necessary.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, processes, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Lead and mentor recruitment team members, providing guidance on sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field .
• At least 7 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience , with experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Strong experience in Shared Services and Retail recruitment .
• Background in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for FMCG, QSR, Retail, or large-scale organizations is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading talent attraction and employer branding initiatives .
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
• Candidates without extensive ATS exposure may still be considered if they are highly proficient in Excel and experienced in manual applicant tracking and recruitment reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver hiring targets within established timelines.
