Team: Product & Engineering (Cebu), supporting the APAC business

Reports to: Engineering Lead, Cebu, with a dotted line to the APAC Managing Director (Singapore)

platform by number of customers. Our SaaS solution enables companies to measure and manage GHG emissions data and ESG metrics.

The ASUENE Group also offers sustainability consultancy, carbon credit procurement, and partner

solutions across the full ESG journey. We are expanding across APAC with Singapore as our regional business hub and Cebu as our in-house product and engineering center.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (BA / QA) who works as part of our Cebu engineering

team and owns the path from client requirement to released, tested feature for our APAC enterprise

customers.

The role combines three responsibilities:

Business Analysis: turn client and sales requirements into clear, engineer-ready specifications.

Customer-facing Project Management: explain scope, progress, risks and trade-offs directly to

clients.

Quality Assurance: test every release against those specifications before it reaches the client.

Our Customer Success team remains each client's main relationship owner. You are the person they and the client rely on for anything about what is being built, when it will ship, and whether it works as agreed. Because you work day to day with the engineers and have direct access to our internal tools and codebase context, you can close the gap between business language and technical delivery that neither side can close alone.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (Requirements & Specifications)•

• Run requirement sessions with clients, Customer Success and Sales for new builds,

customisations and enhancements to existing deployments.

• Translate business needs into structured requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and data/flow diagrams that engineers can build from without further interpretation.

• Assess feasibility with the engineering team, provide effort estimates, and flag scope that

conflicts with the product roadmap before commitments are made.

• Maintain a single source of truth for each client's requirements, change requests and approved

scope.

Customer-facing Project Management

• Own delivery plans for client development projects: scope, milestones, timeline and change control.

• Join client meetings with Customer Success to walk through specifications, demos, progress and

risks in clear professional English.

• Monitor sprint progress, spot slippage early, and raise options and trade-offs with the Engineering Lead and APAC Managing Director.

• Manage change requests so that scope, cost and timeline stay aligned with what was contracted.

• Escalate high-complexity or strategic projects early so that additional PM/PdM support from our Japan team can be brought in.

Quality Assurance (Testing & Release Readiness)

• Write test plans and test cases from the agreed acceptance criteria.

• Perform functional, regression and UI/UX checks on every release before it is handed to Customer Success or the client.

• Log, prioritise and track defects with engineers through to resolution.

• Coordinate client UAT and sign-off; build towards a repeatable QA process (checklists, and test automation where it pays off).

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as the day-to-day bridge between the APAC business team (Sales, Customer Success,

• Consulting) in Singapore and Malaysia and the engineering team in Cebu.

• Support Sales with feasibility checks and effort estimates for customisation requests and RFP

technical sections.

• Work with the Japan product team to keep APAC solutions aligned with the global product roadmap.

• Keep specifications, release notes and handover documentation up to date for Customer Success.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 5+ years in software projects with a well-rounded skill set across business analysis, QA/testing

and project management, and the ability to move between all three as the project needs.

• A track record of writing requirement documents, user stories and acceptance criteria that

engineering teams have built from.•

Preferred:

• Experience managing client-facing software projects end to end: scope, timeline, change control

and stakeholder communication.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.

Formal project management training or certification

• Scrum Master certification

• Hands-on QA experience: test case design, functional and regression testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.

• Enough technical depth to discuss APIs, data models, integrations and development trade-offs

with engineers; able to read SQL and navigate a codebase or technical documentation.

• Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day delivery work (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub

Copilot) for tasks such as drafting requirements and user stories, generating test cases,

summarising client meetings and producing documentation, with the judgement to review and

verify AI output.

• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable presenting specifications and progress to

enterprise clients in Singapore, Malaysia and the wider APAC region.

• Based in the Philippines; open to occasional travel to Cebu, Singapore and Malaysia.

• Experience with B2B SaaS, particularly enterprise implementations or client-specific

customisation.

• Background in climate tech, ESG, sustainability or energy data, or familiarity with the GHG

• Protocol and carbon accounting concepts.

• Experience in a scale-up or newly built team, where processes had to be created rather than

inherited.
