Position: Project Engineer/Site Engineer
Job Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Ensure work complies with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Review shop drawings and resolve technical and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply).
- At least 2–5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
