- Responsible for analyzing and auditing of daily sales and accounts payable transactions.
- Assisting chief accountant in preparation of monthly management reports.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports of other branches.
- Responsible to do a field work in conducting audit to all transactions in related to financial reports of the branch assignment
- Responsible in summarizing journal reports related in preparation of financial statements
- Recommend an effective process flow on how to improve in generating an accurate and reliable financial statement
- Comply with financial policies and regulations and report any irregularities
- Perform other functions as may be directed by the Chief accountant.
- A graduate of BS in Accountancy course preferable CPA , but not required
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related fields is required for this position.
- Salary offered will depend on work experience and capability to handle tasks.
- Able to speak English and Filipino fluently.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Deadline oriented in effective time management skills with ability to manage priorities to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be computer literate.
- Candidates must have a good grasp / understanding of the full accounting cycle and business and financial reporting standards.
- Must be willing to do field work
