REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field. Having 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or related roles. Having experience in issuing sales invoices, reconciling accounts regularly with the business team, and with suppliers

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly budgets submitted by various departments and regions, and generate comprehensive analytical reports. Perform accurate accounting tasks, including the preparation and review of accounting vouchers, and the recording of subsidiary and general ledgers. Demonstrate strong communication and logical thinking skills, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of professional knowledge. Show a high level of responsibility, dedication, and professional ethics. Conduct regular inventories of company fixed assets and departmental petty cash, and prepare corresponding reports. Review and evaluate procurement and lease contracts for accuracy and compliance. Issue sales invoices and perform regular account reconciliations with the sales team and suppliers.
