- Excellent Written English – Clear, on-brand, and personable in DMs, emails, captions, and customer replies.
- Highly Organized – You keep trackers, spreadsheets, and project boards clean and up to date.
- Fast Learner – Comfortable picking up new software and systems quickly.
- Relevant Experience – Background in marketing, social media, eCommerce, executive/virtual assistance, or operations support.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Consumer / CPG or DTC Experience (Bonus) – Experience with a food, beverage, or consumer brand is a plus.
- Influencer or Affiliate Program Experience (Bonus) – Prior creator outreach or affiliate management is an advantage.
- Shopify & Support Tools (Bonus) – Familiarity with Shopify or customer support ticketing platforms.
