Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional strategies for the Casino Resort and Hotel.
- Achieve departmental revenue, performance, and budget targets.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth.
- Develop gaming promotions, events, tournaments, and loyalty programs to strengthen customer retention.
- Build compelling brand messaging and lead creative, branding, and PR initiatives aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, media buying, and external agency partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing materials and campaign assets across internal teams.
- Collaborate with department heads on budgets, contracts, creative direction, and campaign execution.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable gaming regulations.
- 5–10 years of casino marketing experience in the Philippines
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in VIP marketing and customer relationship management
- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work fully onsite in Boracay Island
