SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Functional Consultant

1) Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document procurement and inventory management requirements.

•Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps that can be addressed through SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.

2) Solution Design and Implementation:

•Design and configure SAP S/4HANA MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, and Invoice Verification.

•Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.

•Lead or support SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, upgrades, and data migrations aligned with business strategies.

3) Testing and Validation:

•Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for all MM functionalities.

•Support defect resolution and validate fixes to ensure stable system performance.

4) Training and Support:

•Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP MM processes and best practices.

•Provide ongoing support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient MM operations post go-live.

5) Project Management and Collaboration:

•Assist in the planning and execution of MM-related project deliverables in coordination with project managers.

•Work collaboratively with other SAP consultants (e.g., SD, FICO) to ensure seamless cross-module integration.

•Support pre-sales activities.
