Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

- will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, overseeing all global financial operations of the organization. The CFO will drive financial strategy, enable sustainable growth, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain financial discipline across all business units and geographic regions. This role is critical in supporting large‑scale BPO operations, client pricing models, digital transformation, and expansion in multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company's global financial strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Lead financial planning to support expansion into new markets, service lines, and digital transformation initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to drive profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

2. Financial Operations & Governance

Oversee global finance functions, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and Payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and international regulatory requirements.
Implement strong internal controls and financial governance across multi‑country operations.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning.
Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs by region, account, and service line.
Identify risks and opportunities, implement mitigation strategies, and support operational decision‑making.

4. Global BPO Commercial Management

Oversee client pricing models, cost‑to‑serve analysis, productivity metrics, and margin optimization.
Partner with Sales and Operations to structure competitive and profitable commercial proposals.
Evaluate new contracts, renewals, expansions, and transformation projects for financial viability.

5. Cash Management & Capital Strategy

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support global operations.
Lead capital allocation, investment decisions, and financing strategies.
Maintain strong banking, investor, and financial institution relationships.

6. Compliance, Risk & Audit

Ensure compliance with global tax regulations, statutory audits, corporate legal requirements, and data privacy obligations.
Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks.
Lead internal/external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

7. Leadership & Team Development

Build and mentor a high‑performing international finance organization.
Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, agility, and continuous improvement.
Foster cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Operations, Procurement, IT, and other business units.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA, CMA, or Chartered Accountant preferred.
MBA or Master's in Finance highly desirable.

Experience

12–18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
At least 8 years in senior finance roles within large‑scale BPO, Shared Services, IT Services, or global outsourcing companies.
Extensive experience managing multi‑country financial operations.
Proven track record in pricing, cost modeling, and supporting large enterprise clients.

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong command of IFRS/US GAAP.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Deep understanding of BPO operational metrics (AHT, utilization, seat capacity, productivity, FTE costing).
