This position provides administrative and customer relation functions of service department. Their work influences customer satisfaction and their willingness to do business with dealer again.

Qualifications:

Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/ College degree with background in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Automotive.
Experience in customer handling is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

To promptly and courteously accommodate customers at the Service Reception area.
To conduct pre-diagnosis of customer's vehicle endorsed for servicing.
To ensure accurate and complete checklist of vehicle received before endorsing the vehicle to the workshop.
To market other services such as auto detailing, rust proofing and accessories.
To ensure close coordination with customers until the vehicle is completed and released to their satisfaction.
