Excellent verbal and written skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

Calendar and Schedule Management:

Schedule customer meetings and appointments via phone and email
Coordinate with contacts provided by the Customer Success Managers
Assist in managing calendars and ensuring timely reminders and notifications
Schedule meeting rooms

Customer Data Management:

Collate customer data from our internal systems and complete engagement templates
Assist with collating marketing campaigns and surveys
Maintain customer lists - ensuring correct email and name details
Assist with the maintenance of customer notes in our database
Process cases and opportunities in Salesforce

Customer Interaction:

Triage customer inquiries - check priority and respond to simplex templated queries
Collaborate with other teams in the business to support customers
