Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
Manage paid media budgets, set bidding strategies, and continuously monitor ROI to achieve performance targets.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics, and funnel analysis to improve key metrics.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Support brand awareness initiatives and maintain consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Prepare regular performance dashboards and present insights to senior management.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and display networks.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Power BI).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive copy.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Desired Experience

2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2C or technology‑focused environment.
Demonstrated success in driving traffic, leads, or sales through paid and organic channels.
Experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage) is advantageous.
