At our company, we believe in ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. To ensure your success in your role, we will conduct a performance review with you before the 6-month mark, and then again on an annual basis. Earn between â‚±300K - â‚±500K per year (â‚±20K to â‚±48K/month) just on your basic salary and uncapped earning potential on commissions. In one to two years depending on your skills (ability to bring in results), you graduate to SENIOR SEO SPECIALIST or DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINER .
