Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at KCC MALL OF COTABATO in the Cotabato City Branch ! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, well-groomed, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

As a Sales Associate at Star Eye Specs Corp., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.

What You’ll Do

Greet every customer with a smile.
Help them find the perfect eyewear.
Handle cash, cards, and receipts.
Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks, and replenish supplies
Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays and promotions
Keep the store clean and organized
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions
Generate sales and meet/exceed quotas
Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

Who You Are

College or senior high graduate
Well-groomed and approachable
Good in English & Filipino
Math and computer-friendly
Friendly, proactive, and a team player
Previous sales/retail/cashiering experience preferred (eyewear/optical a plus)
Legally eligible to work and in good health to perform job responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules
Willing to work on-site, commute, or travel as required.
No history of attendance or punctuality issues
