Secures store accreditations, permits, and supply replenishments.
Oversees documentation, asset transfers, and event preparations.
Attends meetings, seminars, and expos.
Sends daily sales updates to top management.
Conducts monthly branch meetings and staff scheduling.
Handles hiring, orientation, performance reviews, and discipline.
Investigates theft, policy violations, and extreme attendance deviations.
Recommends promotions, salary adjustments, and incentives.
Approves leave requests and manages overtime when needed.
Secures cash funds, gift certificates, and manual sales invoices.
Ensures expenses stay within budget and handles overdue accounts.
Reviews daily deposit slips and implements vault-clearing procedures.
Manages remittance pickups, cash counts, and fund allocations.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/Degree of Sports Science and Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or any related courses.
At least 6 mos. working related experience
