We're seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our project in Tacloban (Philippines) and play a key role in supporting our project team. With your expertise in project accounting and administration, you'll be responsible for keeping our project running smoothly. From preparing project documents and managing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, budgets, cost reports to assisting liaising with vendors, suppliers, contractors and clients, assisting in other project needs, your attention to detail and communication skills will be put to the test. You will also need to coordinate meetings, provide administrative support to your project team members.

Particular skills required to fulfil this position include:

Graduate of Accountancy or Business Administration course
Experience as a coordinator or similar position with basic knowledge in accounting/finance will be an advantage
Proactive, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and outlook
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language is a must
Immediately available candidate is preferred
Must be a resident of Tacloban, Leyte.
