Core Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure a well-structured financial system.
Accurately record financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Perform regular bookkeeping reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing processes.
Reconcile income records with bank deposits to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Communicate via email to properly classify and resolve uncategorized or unclear transactions.
Prepare and generate monthly financial reports for both client and internal use.
Handle clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping tasks to update and organize financial records.
Review payroll documentation and analyze details to verify accuracy.
Prepare, verify, classify, and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
