About the Client:
- The client has been a dedicated esthetician and skin therapist since 2015 and operates a successful independent practice.
- Due to recent business challenges, the client is seeking a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to support business growth through marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks.
Position Overview:
- The role is for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and skilled in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Lead Generation:
  - Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads using Buffer or similar tools
  - Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns
  - Generate and nurture inbound leads without cold calling
- Content Creation:
  - Assist with creating blog posts, podcasts, and e-books
  - Write marketing copy for ads, emails, websites, and case studies
- Administrative Support:
  - Create and manage forms, documents, and case studies
  - Support additional operational and organizational tasks as needed

🧠 Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in the beauty, spa, esthetics, or wellness industry is preferred
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management
Hands-on experience with paid ads and marketing platforms
Strong copywriting skills for marketing and promotional materials
Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
