Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair:
Laser machines
Large-format printers (Epson, Roland, etc.)
DTG printers
Embroidery machines
Plotters, laminators, finishing equipment
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
Diagnose and fix issues independently
Source and order spare parts
Minimize downtime and improve machine performance
Support production when required (printing, laminating, cutting)

Requirements

5–10 years experience in printing / signage / textile industry
Strong technical knowledge (print heads, ink systems, mechanical & electrical basics)
Proven troubleshooting ability
Self-driven and resourceful (able to learn and fix issues independently)
Comfortable working across multiple machine types
Fluent in English
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Driving licence is a plus

DTG, Sublimation and embroidery experience
Experience sourcing parts internationally
Electrical or mechanical background
