We are seeking a talented Architect 3D Modeling professional for a Remote position at Bespoke Garden Rooms Ballycastle. In this role, you will create a library of high-quality, real-world 3D models for our online configurator, focusing solely on producing realistic and well-built assets.

What You'll Do

Model a variety of modular components including walls, cladding, doors, windows, roofs, foundations, and exterior features.
Create authentic construction detailing for modular building components and cladding finishes across various styles such as timber, composite, metal, render, and brick.
Develop doors and windows with realistic geometry and integrated opening animations.
Design roof systems (flat and apex) with appropriate trims and finishes.
Produce components for decking, verandas, and pergolas.
Deliver complete PBR texture sets for every material used in your models.

What You Bring

Strong proficiency in Blender or 3ds Max for 3D modeling.
Experience with Substance Painter or equivalent tools for PBR texture creation.
Knowledge of glTF / GLB export with embedded animations.
Familiarity with PBR workflows for physically-based materials suitable for real-time rendering.
Skills in animation rigging for door open/close clips.
Understanding of real-world architectural knowledge including construction details, cladding profiles, and joinery standards.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in architectural visualization for residential or outdoor structures.
A portfolio showcasing real-time / interactive 3D work (e.g., Sketchfab, web-based 3D, game engines).
Experience with modular asset libraries .
Knowledge of UK construction methods and cladding products.
