Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Industrial industry to hire a Sales Executive. This opportunity is based in the Philippines and offers the chance to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence within the electronics and connectivity solutions sector.

Position Overview

Drive sales growth across the Philippines by managing key customer accounts, developing distribution channels, and identifying new business opportunities.

Contribute to the organisation's commercial success through strategic account management, customer support, and territory development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

To develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive account sales plan for the key customers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Monitor activities of customers and create sustainable business strategies to meet growth ahead of market rates.
Evaluate assigned customer's performance and drive business growth objectives by performing monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Create and maintain a broad account base in assigned territory, and keep abreast of trends and developments in key accounts in the region.
Assist customers by supplying information related to samples, delivery timing, drawings/specifications, quality issues, credit issues, etc.
To identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive position at assigned accounts.
To assist in product development and customisation to meet demand, if necessary.
Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Recognised Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or any business-related discipline.
Experience in the electronics industry.
Experience in the connectors market is an advantage.

Technical / Functional Expertise

Experience developing and executing account sales plans for key customers and distributors.
Ability to conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to drive growth objectives.
Experience managing direct sales activities and distribution channels.
Knowledge of customer support processes, including samples, delivery schedules, drawings/specifications, quality concerns, and credit-related matters.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and support product development and customisation initiatives.
Exposure to Advanced Energy (Artesyn), Dyson business activities, and other related business segments is advantageous.
Willingness to travel within the Philippines, particularly to Manila, surrounding areas, and Cebu.
