Job Requirements:

DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner / SO3 Level
Can start to work ASAP (urgent deployment)
With at least 5 years of working experience and exposure to an industry related to Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Chemical, Energy, Petrochemicals, Construction or equivalent.
Must have all of the following Certifications: COSH, BOSH, Loss Control Management, HIRAC, NC2 for Scaffold Erection, and valid Certified First-Aider (with CPR & AED), and other required training for SO3 level.
Ideally with knowledge of IOGP Safety Standards
With experience in an Oil & Gas Refinery or Terminal is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned anywhere within Philippine Islands

Duties & Responsibilities:

Shall be responsible and supervision in the safety implementation - scope of work
Shall be at the field site 80% to 90% of the time to monitor contractor activities
Shall report 6 days a week or 72 hours per week for the project / corrective works schedule
Ensure contractors compliance of all HSSE implementation at site
Support HSSE trainings/cascades on site
Shall be one of the designated Site Permit Requestor (PR – for viewing only) – shall undergo Global e-PTW certification process.
Shall review, support and implement the JHA prepared by Contractor Company SO or PS
Shall conduct daily site inspection to ensure site compliance with Global e-PTW requirements and stipulated controls in the JHA
Shall monitor if all safety checklist needed is implemented
Shall conduct a PTW Inspection checklist of contractors PTW once a week
Shall participate in daily site Pre task discussion and attend area toolbox meeting providing inputs on HSSE.
Shall assist and participate in the regular review of Site HRA, HEMP and HSSE Plan providing inputs on competence requirement and development.
Shall conduct daily site safety surveillance and audits as part of safety intervention with the contractor
Shall conduct regular mentoring activity for Contractor Company Safety Officers and personnel

Service Incentive Leave (SIL) - Employee who has rendered at least one year service shall be entitled to a yearly service incentive leave of five (5) days with pay. SIL shall be commutable to its money equivalent and computed based on daily rate, if not used or exhausted at the end of the year.
