Role Description

We’re looking for a LinkedIn Profile Researcher to work with us and contribute to the success of our team and company. In this role, you will work with us and be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to:

Use strong business acumen and research skills to accurately locate a user’s LinkedIn profile
Conduct in-depth LinkedIn searches based on criteria such as name, job title, company, location, and industry
Ensure all profile links are accurate, up-to-date, and correspond to the correct individual
Cross-reference multiple data sources (e.g., company websites, LinkedIn, Google) to validate identity
Maintain consistency in formatting and data entry across all research tasks
Flag ambiguous or incomplete results with notes for internal review
Organize and input data into Google Sheets or Airtable following a structured format
Double-check your work before submission to ensure 98–100% accuracy
Be extremely detail-oriented with a strong desire to produce high-quality work
Work efficiently under minimal supervision and meet assigned deadlines

Qualifications and Skills:

Solid understanding of U.S. corporate structures and executive hierarchies, including common job titles and department functions
Proficient in navigating LinkedIn, with a strong grasp of its features, search filters, and profile evaluation best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills (send written samples of conversations on messengers)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Professionalism and discretion, especially when dealing with sensitive or confidential information
Motivated, ambitious, and innately curious with minimal supervision.
Must be coachable and open-minded.
Must have a verified LinkedIn account

Availability: 8am to 5pm Vietnam or Philippine time

Education and Experience:

While formal education requirements may vary, a LinkedIn Profile Researcher should have a strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media in a professional context. Relevant experience in online research, lead qualification and generation is preferred.

Task Tracking: As part of our standard operating procedures, all Alpha Coast-related tasks must be recorded via Teramind with screen share on. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies to every task completed. Recordings should be organized and submitted daily for transparency, training, and quality assurance purposes. Incomplete, missing, or improperly submitted recordings may result in adjusted or withheld compensation for the associated tasks.

Compensation : $600/month fixed base pay PLUS Bonuses. Vacation, sick pay and company holidays are NOT covered.

Invoicing : VA to send invoice on the 1st of each month for the month prior’s work. For example: Invoice for February 2025 services is submitted on Mar 1, 2025. Invoices submitted are on Net 5 terms meaning the company has 5 calendar days to process your payment.
