Job Description

As our Singapore Community & Growth Manager, you will be the face and voice of Fizen in the SG Web3 ecosystem. Your immediate mission is to drive local user acquisition, manage community engagement, and successfully launch our card products to the SG crypto community.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Conversion: Own and grow the Singaporean user base inside Fizen’s Discord and Telegram. Drive conversion for product launches (specifically the Adventure Card roll-out).
KOL & Partner Relations: Identify and collaborate with local SG crypto influencers, alpha groups, and Web3 communities for co-marketing campaigns.
Close the target of selling out the first exclusive 100 Adventure Cards batch in SG.
Organize local mini-events/AMAs if needed.

Requirements:

Must have an existing active Web3/Crypto community (Telegram, Discord, or Twitter alpha group) in SG.
Results-driven. We care about active users and card conversions, not vanity metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Location: Must be currently residing in Singapore with a deep understanding of the local crypto culture, slang (Singlish is a plus), and user behavior.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing Web3 communities (Discord/Telegram) or running a crypto alpha group.
Network: Possess an established network of local crypto users, traders, or Web3 nomads in Singapore.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment. You prefer being judged on results rather than hours clocked.
