We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Bookkeeper to assist with a range of financial duties. This role involves supporting the finance team by managing transactions, assisting with billing and reconciliations, and contributing to accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles.
Strong knowledge of financial management systems such as Xero, Dext, JuanTax is highly desirable.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Knowledge of Philippine-based financial principles and procedures
Familiarity with PH government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
Understanding of Australian financial regulations, awards, and tax compliance is preferred
Perform bank and financial record reconciliations, ensuring transactions and supporting documentation are accurate and complete.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, preparation of financial reports and summaries, and other required documentation.
Assist with audits by preparing supporting financial records, responding to queries, and presenting or explaining relevant financial information and processes to auditors, apprentices, attorneys, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.
Provide general finance support, including data entry, transaction processing, and other administrative finance tasks.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate accurate and timely financial transactions and resolve finance-related queries.

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests that might be done onsite.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
