 \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prototyping new predictive models and products with a philosophy of quick turnaround and failing fast;<\/li><li>Documenting and general maintenance of predictive models and products;<\/li><li>Effective communication and presentation to clients and internal stakeholders;<\/li><li>Interactions with various stakeholders to understand business needs;<\/li><li>Collaboration in agile teams to design, implement and deploy end to end data science solutions;<\/li><li>Ensure high quality results (statistical and technical) for the deliverable of the Innovation Hub;<\/li><li>Guide and mentor junior team members;<\/li><li>Flexibility to support hands-on data engineering and data cleansing activities where needed;<\/li><li>Prepare reports from customer data;<\/li><li>Reveal hidden business opportunities, quantify risks, and optimally deploy company resources to grow profitably;<\/li><li>Assist with setup of data science model development framework;<\/li><li>Create analytical, statistical and machine learning models;<\/li><li>Design, implement, and validate data systems and solutions;<\/li><li>Engineer IT solutions based on appropriate models;<\/li><li>Develop data models and algorithms for data preparation, exploration, mining and modelling.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>IT Degree;<\/li><li>Python, Java, Scala, R;<\/li><li>Experience in custom vision analytic by using Microsoft Azure, Google Vision, Amazon Rekgnition or etc is added advantage;<\/li><li>BSc Actuarial Science;<\/li><li>Experience in Machine Learning, Big Data and AI;<\/li><li>Nice to have knowledge of TensorFlow \/ Keras;<\/li><li>Good presentation skills;<\/li><li>Interpersonal skills;<\/li><li>Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;<\/li><li>R, SAS, ETL, Tableau, Python;<\/li><li>Min 5 years\u2019 experience managing\/leading a team;<\/li><li>CSS;<\/li><li>Automotive R&#038;D experience a big plus;<\/li><li>Passion for research;<\/li><li>Nice to have knowledge of Business
