style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Review orders received from Contract Admin;<\/li><li>Coordination with UC Billing and Accounts Receivables Team re pricing inquiries;<\/li><li>Process orders in accordance with the signed SOFs\/UCSupport signed rental quotes;<\/li><li>Coordination with Collab Solutions Engineers with regards to JIRA ticket requests;<\/li><li>Check Rate Plans and form of currency;<\/li><li>Manage activity with JIRA ticket-tracking system;<\/li><li>Monitor UC JIRA tickets assigned to Sales Admin queue;<\/li><li>Create service orders identifying hardware and licenses requested;<\/li><li>Process Hardware orders for submission to Logistics Team;<\/li><li>Enter data order in Reflexion and start provisioning tasks;<\/li><li>Build Customer Accounts;<\/li><li>Submit orders to UC Service Delivery Team for UCPM\/UCPC assignment.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Amenable to work in a night shift schedule;<\/li><li>Familiarity with the telecom industry, its products and practices are preferred;<\/li><li>Project management;<\/li><li>Experience with data processing and spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Excel.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n
