collection to achieve departmental target;<\/li><li>Setting up the terms and conditions of a loan;<\/li><li>Dealing with internal queries about payments;<\/li><li>Negotiating re-payment plans;<\/li><li>Checking customer&#8217;s credit ratings with banks;<\/li><li>To maintain customer database inclusive of creation of new customer account and changes of existing accounts;<\/li><li>Ensure timely reminder &#038;
