style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area;<\/li><li>Selects torch, torch tip, filler ford and flux, according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of material;<\/li><li>Examines weld for bead size and other specifications;<\/li><li>Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes;<\/li><li>Able to use a hand held grinder;<\/li><li>Positions and clamps workpieces together or assembles them in jig or fixtures;<\/li><li>Tacks assemblies together;<\/li><li>Reads and interprets blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements;<\/li><li>Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions;<\/li><li>Cleans or de-greases parts;<\/li><li>Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by engineer;<\/li><li>Chips off excess weld, slag, and spatter;<\/li><li>Performs all necessary maintenance and repair on all equipment used in welding.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ability to use weld fillet gauges to ensure proper weld size and interpret tolerances;<\/li><li>With work experience in welder;<\/li><li>Be able to read and interpret blueprints;<\/li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations;<\/li><li>In good health condition;<\/li><li>Must be able to identify and measure material;<\/li><li>Hardworking, flexible and willing to assigned in different areas;<\/li><li>Atleast High School Graduate \/ Vocational Graduate \/ TESDA trained;<\/li><li>Knowing how to use grinder \/ angle grinder;<\/li><li>Must be able to read a tape measure;<\/li><li>Ability to perform simple shop math, convert decimals to
