Reports Analyst Job Description Template<\/h2>\n        \n        \n        \n            <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company is looking for a HR &#8211; Reports Analyst to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Build tools to bring our workforce insights to our HR leaders to drive actions from workforce data and insights;<\/li><li>Create and maintain completion trackers and project management trackers for HR initiatives;<\/li><li>Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives;<\/li><li>Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics;<\/li><li>Support salary benchmarking process by gathering benchmark data and aligning to salary ranges;<\/li><li>Support HR team in conducting ad-hoc analysis for various business needs;<\/li><li>Support HR Business Partners in survey collection and analysis of exit \/ stay interview information and reviewing trends and retention strategies;<\/li><li>Support overall HR leadership team in driving initiatives, preparing analysis and developing executive level presentations;<\/li><li>Create and maintain HR database with real time data and report generating capability;<\/li><li>Work cross-functionally with other business units to ensure HR workforce data is accurately reflected;<\/li><li>Analyze location specific data and study current research to guide the talent management strategy;<\/li><li>Support the HR leadership team in researching and developing process improvements to automate and streamline processes.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience with HR analytics\/ reporting with a BPO Company is an advantage;<\/li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Google drive;<\/li><li>Willing to work in BGC, Taguig;<\/li><li>Open to working on graveyard shift;<\/li><li>Ability to work with multiple sources of data;<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with minimum of four years of experience with HR data\/statistical analysis.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n    \n    \n    \n    <header class=\"entry-header\">\n    <div itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/FAQPage\">\n    \n    <div itemscope=\"\" itemprop=\"mainEntity\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/Question\">\n    <h3 itemprop=\"name\">What job descriptions are similar to HR &#8211;
