and components&#8217; capabilities by designing related testing methods and testing properties;<\/li><li>Able to set goals and meeting deadlines that comply with Company&#8217;s vision;<\/li><li>Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications;<\/li><li>Good technical report writing skills;<\/li><li>Using scientific rules and methods to solve problems;<\/li><li>Marketing \u2013 which would include attendance at business related networking functions, client functions, ensuring we get repeat work from clients;<\/li><li>Ability to cope in high pressure environment;<\/li><li>High level of technical expertise;<\/li><li>Capable of completing all types of projects from inception to close out independently;<\/li><li>Sound Judgment, Decision Making and Deductive as well as Inductive Reasoning Skills;<\/li><li>Critical Thinking &#8211;
