architectural conformance;<\/li><li>Monitors technology advancements and adapts the implementation of the Target Application Architecture as appropriate;<\/li><li>Ensures initiatives and projects conform to EA Integration Architecture standards through the Governance Framework;<\/li><li>Leads the assessment, design and development of the organization Application Architecture assets;<\/li><li>Supports EA Governance and Change Management Processes;<\/li><li>Identifies and manages a prioritization of integration gaps and drives recommended solutions across the EA ;<\/li><li>Drives the creation and update of the Target Application Architecture based on priority business requirements;<\/li><li>Ensures application architecture alignment with the organization objectives, collaborates with other domain architects to ensure alignment.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\"
