Our company is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impressions with our customers;
- Be a team player and contribute towards the store’s success;
- Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked;
- Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store;
- Knowledge of applicable liquor and store rules polices laws regulations and procedures;
- Ability to effectively maintain inventory track receipts and deal with discrepancies fast;
- Be able to operate cash register;
- Ready to manage quality control and safety measures;
- Serving contractors that come into the branch;
- Be physically fit and the ability to carry 20kg paint pails;
- Mix paint where required (Training will be provided);
- Physically fit ready to lift cargo of up to 60 lbs (~22kg);
- Received and ensured proper storage of deliveries;
- Managed stock replenishment;
- Familiar with the practices and principles of purchasing goods and services.
Requirements:
- Familiar working in Retail Environment;
- Patience, self motivated, positive attitude and sales driven;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
