Our company is looking for a Claims Consultant – Personal Lines to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Claim validity and estimate value;
  • Claims administration;
  • Record keeping on internal system;
  • Process claims and recoveries;
  • Claims settlement;
  • Appoint Assessors / Loss Adjusters;
  • Cancellations;
  • Recoveries;
  • Liaise with all stakeholders re progress of claims;
  • Apply policy terms and conditions;
  • Claims notification and required documents;
  • Obtain quotes for products/services.

Requirements:

  • RE5 essential;
  • Insurance experience preferred;
  • Short term insurance FAIS credits essential;
  • Grade 12 or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years’ Personal Lines Claims experience essential.
