Our company is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls;
  • Answer courteously inbound calls;
  • Provide customers with brochures and information packages on products or services;
  • Respond to customer inquiries;
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer;
  • Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services;
  • Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company;
  • Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other management tasks;
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers;
  • Knowledge of company’s products and services;
  • Knowledge of customer related processes on key digital channels such as SNS, Email, SMS, Chat;
  • Ability to diagnose simple to complex technical problems and know how to find support and assistance;
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Word, Windows Excel), search engines and social media sites;
  • Ability to create, move, download, upload, organize files and folder on a computer and on network drives and cloud;
  • Knowledge of company processes such as case handling, touch-back, follow-through, escalation and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Able to work on cyclical shifts, holidays and fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with ABS-CBN artists, shows, films, and competitor’s programs preferred;
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Positive and Friendly;
  • Have G.C.C work experience;
  • Has NBI clearance and SSS document & Valid ID’s;
  • High School / Senior High Graduate;
  • Required language(s): English;
  • Must be in a legal age;
  • With excellent English communication and comprehension skills;
  • Work with no Supervision;
  • Must be detail-oriented;
  • Willing to work at TELUS Mckinley Exchange-AYALA MAKATI;
  • One who can carry conversation off script;
  • Good Work Ethics.
