Our company is looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic printer troubleshooting;
  • Other duties/ tasks as assigned;
  • Know how to set-up Desktop / Laptop to client;
  • Provide basic knowledge on Microsoft Products;
  • Knowledge to set-up multimedia devices;
  • Know how to use Web Email (Smart Cloud, Google APPS and Office 360);
  • Knowledge on PABX / VOIP System;
  • Provide basic knowledge on Web Browser;
  • Provide basic computer troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Network Connectivity, printer mapping;
  • Knowledge on MS windows OS LAN/TCP/IP Networking device;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience in troubleshooting desktop/network;
  • Experience & knowledge in Win XP, WIN7, Win8 and MS Office.
