Production Associate

The Production Associate coordinates and schedules all aspects of production to meet deadlines. Responsible for ensuring the production quality of all promotionals, commercials, and public service announcements. Being a Production Associate may operate equipment and peripheral systems used in video production including audio console and teleprompter. Assists with set-up of equipment on production shoots and other control room duties. In addition, Production Associate may require an associate’s degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Production Associate works under moderate supervision. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Working as a Production Associate typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.

Our company is looking for a Production Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares accurate and complete product specifications sheets as basis for garment prototyping and mass production in a timely manner;
  • Sources and buys reference samples from both local and imported brands, considering; fabric materials, design, washing, color and accessories;
  • Selects materials and production ideas for the brand’s market;
  • Work with Producers and Creative teams on a daily/weekly basis to review details of merchandise;
  • Prepares Purchase Order Form;
  • Track the production of samples and final product.

Requirements:

  • Able to understand the process of script breakdown, scheduling and budgeting;
  • Able to assist the AP/LP from Pre-production to the release of the Project;
  • Able to manage, prioritize, and respond to simultaneous tasks;
  • Able to demonstrate familiarity with Film elements;
  • Able to make effective recommendation and solutions to production related concerns.
