Our company is looking for a HR Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management of employees during trial period. Recurring Appreciation of Work Management;
  • Establishing Policy, Procedure, Work flow and other documents of HR for the Branch;
  • Manage the procedure of ending of contract of employees;
  • Managing entry procedure of new employees. (Collect documents, register information, etc.) Manage employee’s absence, working hours, and leave;
  • Managing employee’s internal & external training;
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures;
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters;
  • Oversee recruitment activities and keep track of new hire requirements;
  • Perform on-boarding requirements and employee database and company records as needed;
  • Manage attendance and payroll;
  • Resolve human relations problems and promote employee health and well-being;
  • Recommend strategies for employee engagement and organizational development;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills;
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field;
  • Flexible and adaptable;
  • Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Devt;
  • Can deal with people at all levels;
  • To be assigned in Cavite;
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Psychology or Human Resource Management;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Generalist function;
  • people skills;
  • Experience in the pharma industry is an advantage;
  • Knowledgeable with HRIS Oracle System;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology, or any equivalent course;
  • Talent Acquisition.
