Our company is looking for a HR Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings outside the office and correspond timely to their concerns;
  • Provide necessary coaching/training/enhancement activities when required;
  • Participate in the acquisition of new clients;
  • Ensure Member Supervisors deliver required reports and analyze accordingly;
  • Establish good business relations with the clients by finding resolutions to raised issues or complaints and representing the company in all dealings;
  • Update the client and member supervisors on new rulings and amendments to Labor Laws and other statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Improve Processes;
  • Deliver Solutions;
  • Advise Stakeholders;
  • Manage Data;
  • Drive Change.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
  • Comfortable doing fieldwork (Attending client meetings & Site visits);
  • Strong management skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Human Resources, Communication Arts and related studies);
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • At least five years of experience in HR and Operations;
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations;
  • Good knowledge of Labor laws and associated standards;
  • Knowledge of the CDA (Cooperative Development Authority) regulations would be an advantage;
  • Knowledgeable with DOLE Audit;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Administrative and Managerial experience;
  • Strong account management skills;
  • Must have people handling and management experience.
