Finance and Admin Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Requests Supplier Quotations for Project Events;
- Performs General Clerical work (Filing of Documents);
- Does Data Entry in Accounting System;
- Assists in Accounting and Treasury Functions;
- Performs other tasks that the management may assign;
- Sends Invoices to Customers;
- Monitors Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
- Assists in Finance and Admin Projects that may be assigned from time to time;
- Processes Payables;
- Monitors and Maintains Office Equipment, Office Supplies, Pantry Supplies and order request as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping to trial balance;
- Sage Pastel/Evolution experience will be an advantage;
- Own transport to and from work;
- Matric (diploma will be an advantage);
- English and Afrikaans (speak, read, and write);
- Minimum 2 years experience in office and finance administration.
