Our company is looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Requests Supplier Quotations for Project Events;
  • Performs General Clerical work (Filing of Documents);
  • Does Data Entry in Accounting System;
  • Assists in Accounting and Treasury Functions;
  • Performs other tasks that the management may assign;
  • Sends Invoices to Customers;
  • Monitors Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
  • Assists in Finance and Admin Projects that may be assigned from time to time;
  • Processes Payables;
  • Monitors and Maintains Office Equipment, Office Supplies, Pantry Supplies and order request as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping to trial balance;
  • Sage Pastel/Evolution experience will be an advantage;
  • Own transport to and from work;
  • Matric (diploma will be an advantage);
  • English and Afrikaans (speak, read, and write);
  • Minimum 2 years experience in office and finance administration.
