Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through Email, Onsite Chat, Phone (inbound, outbound);
  • Will have daily tasks of order follow-ups;
  • Will have daily tasks of estimating follow-ups;
  • handle patients’ appointement or financial clearance;
  • monitor quality and accuracy of patient payment;
  • review medical records;
  • faciliating onboarding of new case records;
  • patient services , case management, care coordination, and utilization management.

Requirements:

  • Your particular fashion of English must be compatible with our customers;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Experience working with foreign companies in a customer service capacity (preferably Australian);
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Creative Writing;
  • At least high school Graduate;
  • Has good Listening skills;
  • Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage;
  • Copywriting;
  • Knowledgeable in Excel;
  • Communication skills;
  • Customer Service, Multi-tasking and Critical Thinking are required;
  • Good language abilities in English and Filipino;
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City;
  • Has an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
