Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through Email, Onsite Chat, Phone (inbound, outbound);
- Will have daily tasks of order follow-ups;
- Will have daily tasks of estimating follow-ups;
- handle patients’ appointement or financial clearance;
- monitor quality and accuracy of patient payment;
- review medical records;
- faciliating onboarding of new case records;
- patient services , case management, care coordination, and utilization management.
Requirements:
- Your particular fashion of English must be compatible with our customers;
- Good presentation skills;
- Experience working with foreign companies in a customer service capacity (preferably Australian);
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Creative Writing;
- At least high school Graduate;
- Has good Listening skills;
- Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage;
- Copywriting;
- Knowledgeable in Excel;
- Communication skills;
- Customer Service, Multi-tasking and Critical Thinking are required;
- Good language abilities in English and Filipino;
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City;
- Has an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
