Our company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely registration/ invoicing/ closing of import seafreight files, milestones and workflow for your portfolio;
  • Providing customers with up to date information on shipments;
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with documentation and process;
  • Building long term relationships with customers (internal & external) and regulatory bodies (this may include offsite customer visits).

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid NZ drivers license and own transport;
  • Ability to think outside the square and solve problems;
  • A minimum of 2 years freight forwarding experience;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • A positive work ethic and a commitment to ups-killing;
  • Sound technology literacy, specifically the Microsoft suite;
  • Exposure to Customer Services & Import Seafreight Operations process within a freight forwarding environment.
