Our company is looking for a cashbook and payroll clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll End-to-end processing of all business payrolls (4 monthly salaried, 1 weekly wage);
  • Monthly reporting to directors on Headcount, overtime and salaries;
  • Processing all employee information on the payroll system;
  • Assist to reconcile retirement / pension / provident fund and medical aid monthly info;
  • Administer all IOD claims on behalf of the company and track to completion;
  • Issuing weekly timesheet reports to senior management team for approval.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing or similar industry;
  • Payroll and cash book qualification or certification (please provide proof).
