Back Office Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting contracts for employee movements;
- Identify the pertinent product specifications and characteristic based on the information available in the website,
- Organize the collected product information, along with regular updates and highlights on new products and innovations;
- Primarily responsible for document management. This includes: Processing of new hires’ pre-employment requirements;
- Preparing job offer sheets;
- Check and review key products of a company based on the company’s website,
Requirements:
- Must be open to six-month project engagement/status (subject to renewal);
- Must be willing to work long hours, including Saturdays as necessary;
- Must have a high tolerance for stress and ambiguity;
- Has good oral and written communication skills (English and Filipino);
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
